@diamondlane100 just cause the elephant looks looks fine doesn't mean it's ALL fine. it might have mental disorders because of the lack of space in its enclosure and the fact that these people are just staring at it with their beady eyes. don't judge a book by its cover.

elephant looks chubby and healthy to me.. they feed them sugar canes.. and coconuts.. da elephant is fine.

Its depressing how people especially innocent children can enjoy watching this... the state of Mali's face clearly means he suffered enough... :(

Elephant name was Mali
he was born in Sri Lanka on 1974
he is the only elephant there in manila zoo...
i heard in the recent news that he is in severe depression he really missed his family...im praying that he should sending back in Sri Lanka...where lots of elephants are there
