Blackpool - These Boots Are Made For Walking

Closing scene of British series Blackpool (A.k.a. Viva Blackpool in U.S.A.) which was first broadcasted by the BBC in 2004.

Six episode series about the efforts to revive the English city of Blackpool by changing it into a casino haven like Las Vegas.

Episode one finishes with this standoff between the two major characters, ambitious and scrupulous entrepreneur Ripley Holden (magnificently played by David Morrissey) and Peter Carlisle (David Tennant) a charming and good natured investigating officer.

Both personalities are displayed and tested thanks to a modern interpretation of classic Nancy Sinatra's song These Boots Are Made For Walkin'.

Although the series is entertaining to watch, this performance is the highlight of the series.

So there's not telling when and if it will be transmitted again.

Your best bet would be to download a torrent to get the entire series.
