@jsk8drummer depends on the track tbh. Automatics are going to really suck in some situations, and i would suggest a 5spd swap ASAP. I bought my E30 as an auto and then found a freshly rebuilt tranny and driveshaft at the junkyard and made it manual for 50 bucks. However, you can gear lock your car in 2nd for some tracks and you wouldn't have too big of a problem.
i just got and e36 325is as my first car its got no mods yet but im planning on doing exhuast intake and some suspension work in the next month problem is that its an automatic and i know manual is better for racing and it looks cooler but do you think ill be at a big disadvantage against all the guys with manual trannys? and nice car btw
