Team Building Activities in the Midlands

This is another video of a team building event we ran for a major consumer retail client. The event was aimed at bringing a remote team together in order to improve the way they share knowledge, use each other's skills and experience and think smarter about the challenges they face at work.

There were 40 delegates split into teams of 8. Each team went through a number of outdoor team exercise designed to provoke typical behaviours and thinking which we then used to help the teams consider some new ways of thinking about age old issues.

Rarely do we get time to just focus on how we do things and so our activities worked perfectly, and they had a great time too.
