Gowan - Keep The Tension On LIVE [Montreal] 03/16/11

Well, for my first concert of the year, I chose Gowan. What an amazing performer & he's Canadian lol.

A lot of people now days know him as one of the singers in the classic band Styx. But for Canadians, GOWAN has been a staple of the Canadian Music industry since his breakout album Strange Animal in 1985. Such hits from that album are Cosmetics, Strange Animal & the classic A Criminal Mind.

I got a good chunk of the show on film (not real film, but figure of speech). A lot of camera were out and no message said no, so we all filmed it.

The "Return of The Strange Animal Tour" is Gowan's first mini-solo tour in 12 years. He played 2 nights in Niagara Falls in 2010, but apart from that, he's been hiding from us fans. Now Lawrence has released Gowan for us, for now at least. (I'm not crazy, there's a whole story behind it. Fan's know it. lol)

For those missing his mini-tour, you can catch him with Styx this summer!!
