  • i am really interested in parkour. I havent been able to do it though, because around my neighborhood, there arent any good places for parkour. i do live in lenexa which is very close to olathe! ive been stuck in my basement practicing vaults and combat rolls... i really need a good place to start my training. also, i am a heavier set guy(im not fat) but how can i practice wall runs?

  • @TheMUSEfan117 That is awesome you want to get into Parkour/Freerunning! It sounds like you are off to a good start. Don't worry, being heavier set, that shouldn't stop you. I'll send you a site to use over PM. The site is a very good site and can answer any question you have, and you may be able to find some people in Lenexa if you aren't willing to come out to Olathe! Best of luck with your training!

  • Where in Olathe is this? I use to live close to Olathe

  • @SuperCR3Wdude This video was shot at Brougham Elementary.

  • I have been a huge fan of parkour for years now & live pretty close to Olathe, but I have never seen anyone training anywhere! where can I train with other people I can learn from?

  • true but keep practiasing guys thats the only way to get better

  • you guys are terrible!!!

  • here's a tip! you suck!

  • @OlatheParkour Thanx for the update i appreciate it. good vid

  • @TheBeastAlvarez They are pretty much identical, except freerunning was the originally the english term for Parkour, but freerunning is now considered to be more about expressing yourself with creative movements, and Parkour is more about getting from point a to point b as fast and efficiently as possible.

  • @OlatheParkour Isnt parkour and free running the same thing but parkour is just a different language for free running
