5 basic principles for good health:
Attitude: Good positive outlook on life.
Diet: Shoot for 80% raw, whole and plant based.
Exercise: At least 30 min. a day of rigorous activity
Environment: Avoid second hand smoke and other harmful toxins, boost immune system to deal with toxins you can't help have around you.
Sleep: 8 hours a day, 6 if you're raw.
These are just guidelines, everyone is individualized and more or less is acceptable.

I use Jon Barron's enzymes, but there are plenty out there that are good. David Wolfe supplies good ones as well as Biotics Research which you can get from Dr. Richard DiCenso!
