Prepared foods are not a healthy choice. There are more additives and preservatives in them than a chemistry set. You can get more nutrition by sucking on the wrapper.

One pot meal is a good choice for us I hate to cook, Cooks. Phew! Finally a way to get out of the kitchen fast and not fight the crowds or price at a restaurant.
I can still spend time with my family and friends, and not be tied in the kitchen like the hired help. Instead, I can visit, I can laugh and when the timer rings, we serve.
I usually put salad on the side with my EVOO garlic salad dressing, flatbread I made the day before and we are eating like Kings and Queens but without the hefty price tag for my pocket book.
When I eat out, I have allergies to all the additives and preservatives. Most people do, but do not realize that is what they are allergic to. My friend would go home and pass out on the coach. Me, no need for a nap, but at three o'clock in the morning I would awaken to a horrible migraine.
My other friend would rush to the bathroom. All different reactions by the same restaurant foods that produce the same result of ill health. Making the connection that unbalanced food makes for unbalanced health is a difficult connection to make.
