Christian hypocrites.....

There is a show on MTV called my sweet 16 and there was an episode of a preacher's daughter who given this extravagant birthday party. The preachers in many of these churches are wealthy from the money their congregation give in tithes. while some members cant pay their rent or mortgage, the preachers and their children are throwing thousands of dollars away in parties and extravagent living. This video is so correct and for this reason do i not attend church.

Excellent video! Excellent commentary. I agree 100%. MOST church services are NOW scripted. MOst pastors are unworthy. MOst people are going for the wrong reasons. And most black churches have become the JOKE of their community. I love this video. FAVORITED AND FIVE STARRED!

The Christianity that most blacks practice is Eurocentric that's been forced upon blacks since our ancestors were in Africa. That's why I stop believing in Christianity. The Nation of Islam doesn't belong to black people either. The Arabs forced that religion among blacks when they were in Africa.

How long will it be before you guys reach the point where you find out that Christianity is the white slave master's religion that he forced on you (and it's fake)?

If you have a dream or desire in life, and you are waiting on god, stop waiting, get out there and do it. Life is short (unless you're with the wrong person) and if you want something, you gotta go out there and get it and stop making excuses like "I'm waiting on God". You could die at anytime, so get going already!

the preachers don't preach the full gospel a lot of the preachers LIKE TJ JAKES r greedy money loving, white loving negroes! they don't care about black ppl or theirpulpit. the preacher just says stuff that usually is common since like "if some one is no good get them out of your life" throw in an occasional amen and a A HA I said yes lord! and there u have ur relgion. the preachers like the money and the fame what does the church do economically 4 the black community! nothing! Nothing! NOTHING!

good thing that I do not know of ( would ever much less attend) any church like you;ve described here. Of course, as anyone with any real world experience knows, there are all kinds of churches and not all church practice or even believe the same. If you detested this place so much, I find it hard to believe that you would stay there for any significant amt of time and wouldn't simply find another church (out of thousands) which study and believe the Bible. Makes no sense .

@70sbaby80schild1 Copts are distinctly African. I went to a Coptic church, the one that started in Egypt, not like other churches I went to, even the Armenian one.

This video makes some good points about what Christianity should be like vs. what "Christianity" has become.

This problem is especially ugly in Africa. It's really sad when a starving village gives all their meager earnings to some super-rich pastor who's only looking out for his own interests. It's actually pretty sickening. They even convince some of them that witches exist and they end up kicking their own children out of their house and calling them witches, and going on witch hunts to get rid of the "curse." The only thing their REALLY cursed with is ignorance and poverty—churches feed off that.

@donnis618 I'm an atheist. My father is one, too. My other folks are okay with it, though. I've had my run in with religious nut jobs, though.
