Let me show you how to roll a burrito so that the filling doesn't all fall out the ends when you bite into it.

Get that chilli fired into as massive a tortilla as you can find, whack in some cheddar, maybe a cheeky bit of mozzarella too, rice, beans, salsa, guac, hot sauce and jalapenos and roll yourself a fat one.

Alternatively you could stick in some chicken (marinaded in tequila, lime juice and spices) grilled or barbecued, some bacon, pico de gallo, guac and lettuce. You could also try slow-cooked pork or a nice juicy steak.
OR go for some Scottish/Mexican fusion and stick in black pudding, chips, guacamole and salsa!
