Carpenter made some of the most kick ass movies of the 70s and 80s. Other than In The Mouth of Madness, his post-80s movies have been complete and utter garbage. I like to pretend he never directed any movies after They Live. It helps me sleep better at night.

Hands down, this is Carpenters' worst film. Worse than "Escape From L.A.".
I actually just got done watching Carpenters' short film "Cigarette Burns" which was awesome! Check it out if you get the chance. Also, I've heard that Carpenter will be directing a live-action film of "Darkchylde", based on the 1990's comic created by Randy Queen.

@johnnyhorror92182 Yeah I read this in late October, he's been attached to a few projects so it's good news if you ask me :) The Ward is out in January in the UK!
