The 4 or 6-car train from Glasgow Queen Street divides at Crianlarich not Ardlui

Fully agree, I was in Strathclyde last month and went to Arrochar, and the Scotrail 156s are NOT suitable for a journey of this length, given the seats are lower & not as comfortable as the higher backed seats on Northern Rails 156s which operate in my neck of the woods in Cumbria.
DMUs operating the WHL need to be alot more comfortable, the Transpennine 185s would be especially good for this route as they are spacious, have a first class section and are 21st century standard.

As a West Highland Expert the first shot where the trains are shown joining is Crianlarich. The second shot where the 156s are crossing is definitely Ardlui. I think you got a little mixed up!

I lived and worked at Ardlui for 14 month and it is without doubt Crainlarich were the trains join up.
