Listen idiots that are trashing Kate: How would you feel if you tried a common fertility treatment and got six kids instead of one? She is not selling the kids, she is being smart by raising extra money so she can send EIGHT kids to college. No one would be able to afford that otherwise. Do you really think she likes camera crews in her face all the time? I seriously doubt it. They are completely devoted to their children and should be respected, not trashed.

I am totally in agreeance with you. Even though Kate can act like a bitch at times, I think she tried her best to be a good wife and mother and all she wanted from Jon was for him to be proud of her. But most of the time he showed no emotion and acted like a bump on a log. So I think she would get frustrated and take out her anger on him. But I agree she always loved him more than he loved her.

@paranrm Seems to me that the show was always scripted. But, it seems even more so in her Kate Plus 8 show, though.

@junexXxbug She's admitted in an interview that she doesn't do anything with/for the kids unless the cameras are there so guess what THAT MAKES HER A HORRIBLE MOTHER AND YOU STUPID FOR KISSING HER BUTT. I doubt she reads these comments so stop brown nosing.

I have a lot of respect for Kate and other mums like this. Try raising 8 kids all under the age of 10 (at the time) and juggling her own issues and trying to maintain her marriage to Jon. Some would struggle like hell to cope with all those things put together.

Take my partner's mother for example; She is a mental health nurse with 5 children aged between 6 and 19 and has been married for nearly 23 years. I have a lot of respect for her.

In the long run, She's a brave woman!!

@jackl50 no kate sucked the judge to get him to agree to it. A normal judge with kids who cared for kids would've said nope sorry you get your butt to work. especially since they're all in school.

@junexXxbug then why is Jon paying everything in child support for nannies so she can sell her butt for money? Why does SHE come first? Good mothers put their kids first. If she was a good mom she would ditch the stick she chases then with and stay home while Jon works to support them. She's probably got a coke habit that she doesn't want anyone to know about.

The new show Kate plus eight is cheesy. Kate is constantly catching herself,like when Jon had the kids for a B-day party Kate said "When Jon had the kids and threw them a party they all came home with huge wads of gum in their mouths". Kate chews gum all the time. I don't care for the new show . It's not as spontaneous and seems kinda scripted.
