Make sure your shadow never falls over the insect.
Approach none directly, go towards them in a series of diagonal lines.
Keep checking the view finder, you don't always have to be as close to the insect as possible. At some point you might check the viewfinder and spot a really nice composition you wouldn't have thought of otherwise.

A legjobb méreg instrumental, érdekes zene egy ilyen vidi alá :)
Amúgy jó obi, szívesen megnézném az AF sebességét. Ha arról tudnál föltölteni vidit, megköszönném.

@pro8ball Sajnos ez nem lehetséges. Mint tudod videófelvétel közben a gép Live View módban van, így csak kontraszt detekálással tud fókuszálni, ami minden objektívvel igen lassú Caon gépeken.
Egyébként nem rossz a sebessége. Makró módban nagyjából használhatatlan, de fölötte teljesen jó. Nem egy akciófotós cucc, de álló témákhoz elmegy.

i really wanna ask about something i have D90 and Sigma 150/2.8 HSM but the AF a Bit Slow its Normal ?

Yes, it's normal. AF is usualy slow with macro lenses.
