@Airborne80 The only thing worse than being PC is being purposely anti-PC. Look, no kidding that the world's history has been one of the powerful exploiting (and/or annihilating the weak). That still doesn't make the treatment of the American Indian excusable. Wrong is wrong, and immoral is immoral. I don't hate America for what happened 150+ years ago, that sort of blood guilt is equally dumb. However, I do hate the "Fuck 'em" attitude most Americans (esp. conservatives) have.

@mad122780 Enough with the liberal self hate! Every single culture on the planet has existed at the expense of the weaker ones. The ex dope smoking hippies of the 1960s, have taught a generation to hate itself because of the things done by others long dead. name a country who at some time, was not the land of somone else. I agree that this is sad but I will never shoulder the guilt for it, slavery or any other action that I had nothing to do with. Period.

@russkkay Not to be rude brother but please read your own history before you lash out at today's Americans for the actions of those in the past. While I agree that the Indian issue was tragic & sad, do you think that your own ansistors did not destroy others to gain the land you now sit upon? That is the nature of humanity, like it or not. All great powers, exist at the expense of weaker people. America is the only one to get blame while others 4get thier own misdeeds. Think about it!

@Trickroad Progress comes in all forms, however had the natives been allowed to live their lives as they had done then progress would have been made! Its evolution after all!! Progress comes in both good and bad forms too! Would hardly put the USA on a pedestal as a shining light, a leader in progression, the reverse in fact comes to mind! Having conquered its own people and country its now trying to progress the rest of the world by conquering them too!
