WikiLeaks Cable: US Troops Handcuffed, Killed Iraqi Children; Covered It Up

A diplomatic cable published by WikiLeaks says that U.S. troops massacred an Iraqi family in the town of Ishaqi in 2006, handcuffing and then shooting 11 people in the head including a woman in her 70's and five children ages five and under.

The soldiers then called in an air strike on the house to cover up evidence of the killings.

@itachiitachi1946 Don't put words in my mouth, troll. I said I didn't agree with or support the INVASION of Iraq but did support and agree with OCCUPATION after the invasion was over; however, I never said the occupation was a GOOD thing, just that it was necessary once the invasion had caused all that damage. I don't and have never suggested that the US invasion of Iraq was a good thing; quite the contrary, It was a very bad thing but that doesn't mean my military service was also a bad thing.

FYI, I'm not a Marine anymore. I am a mechanical engineer. I am, quite literally, someone who solves problems for a living. I moved on, you should do the same.
