There's always a good thing to tell the cops that there's nothing to bump in. But the next time if the car will start sliding on the road at least you know what to do and what not to! It is logical and normally works well
In most Eastern European countriest winter driving exams are compulsory within first two years as you get a licence, you are going to have some restrictions until you pass it. Winter driving lessons and proper winter tyres have to be compulsory for the countries where it snows.
