No disrespect, but if you are 100% deaf (which can't be proven here) wouldn't that deter you away from committing a crime all together..knowing they may not know how to handle you..

By deliberately placing "secure" in this Bill of Rights passage, they certainly didn't intend for it to be twisted into a meek call for ever-expanding police power to "protect" the citizenry, but instead to give citizens legal guarantees to PROTECT themselves FROM POLICE power.

Yes..deaf culture are very tight knitted deaf community. Washington DC is very high populated deaf people because of Galladuet Univeristy. Lot of police officers need to understand how they need to learn to communicate with deaf people instead of beating them up. Polices need to take sign language classes. They must know lots of language including spanish as well. I have heard that alot in across the united states beaten up deaf people by police.
