  • @princessdragana It's D+SECT.

I'm still waiting for something REALLY new, not the same sounds again and again...

  • Wow, nothing new for a couple of years, and THIS is what he releases? He's just rehashing the same amateurish, poorly written metal backed up by cheap sounding keyboards. I don't think there is one element of this song that cannot be found in at least one of his old songs. I used to be a big fan, and I still enjoy listening to Nocturnal Opera every once in a while, but it's all been going steadily downwards from there in my opinion. I wonder for how long he will keep writing the same songs.

  • what's the name of this song?!

  • @elektromanyaro You are really too harsh. D+Sect is, to me, a masterpiece. It's true that the atmosphere and the tone of MdM songs changed a lot, but their new concept is still really awesome and above 90% of the visual kei scene nowadays.

  • I think it's really funny how some people freak out when artists change their sound, you always hear "Man their old albums were so much better" and when artists doesn't stray from their comfort zones, so to speak, people STILL complain lmao. But whatever, I haven't really been listening for a couple of years now. I just stumbled on this video.

    tl;dr IRONY

  • I was impressed by D+Sect at first, but the more I listened the album, it was a bit disappointing. Like many have said, it's not fresh and this is kind of mediocre for not producing a CD in 3-4 years. However, to come to Mana's defense: At least he's not ripping off other VK bands and keeping the sound most of the fans fell in love with in the first place. More over, I feel like there's no way to satisfy any of you based on the comments... Even if he DID produce D+Sect in a different way.

  • love mois dix mois

  • @elektromanyaro If you guys look for a new sound look a new band

let the true fans in peace DIX

  • I love this song, The Sect and Dies Irae are my favorite songs of the album, mostly because I love Seth's voice and his combined with this music = beautiful. But lets be honest, if it wasn't because I love way too much this kind of sound and the whole concept he puts on all his works and himself, I would have dropped this already, because indeed there's nothing new here. At least I wasn't blown away with this album like I was with the others.

  • @elektromanyaro I have not seen him yet, not even once lol but I've been a big fan for years as well. I was really looking forward to this album, when I listened to it it was like "........?" is it just me or this sometimes sounds like a really bad copy of Malice Mizer combined with M10M? then I read his interview, something like him going back to his basics, but the thing is he went back with less quality.
