it normally happens to me when my horse gets knocked out(shadowmere) with me on it when im invisable but it happend to me in the impreial city. Now heres the cool think, if you attack you can see your guys arms, head, and legs, move depending on the weapon and if you touch your character with a grabbed weapon his/ her body will just drop and you cant do anything else but try it on a horse and your body will be in the air

actually whats interesting is tht when this happened, I was still being detected and I could do everything u could normally do, my character was just stuck in one place. It was like I was outside my body, but I could still do everything u normally do.
