This short video is to show that we can produce a slow flashing (100Hz approximately) Joule Thief. Flashing is a form of Pulsing. We already know that Pulsing can lead-out electron motion energy.

The air core 10 cm toroid was used. We can do and learn much more at such low frequencies. Many LCR resonant circuits are possible.
