The needler can't be dual-wielded in H3 and it's pretty difficult to kill someone unless they're running straight at you, moving very slow, or is distracted in combat. No, it's not a n00b weapon.

They do if you want to be really good with them, especially in multiplayer. For example, the sword. You need to judge when best to attack so they dont kill you in mid-lunge with a melee, and if they have a sword, you need to attack when either before or in the middle of their attack, the reflexes used to stop them are hard to master, and if they have a hammer, you need to think about when to attack so that they don't just hammer the ground and kill you when with the shock-wave when you get near.

k and once again plasma grenade is very effective if u get it hooked onto them. however the point is how is it easy to hook if they move side to side if u play heroic+.

also to phxsns1 the needler owns in halo 3. you can kill brutes with gravity hammers with them.

to halomanxp pistol can 1 hi t grunts even on legendary and they come in mass numbers.

to itsitsproductions you are totally right. in legendary once u snipe 1 they all suddenly find you. it takes skill

k guys i play halo on legendary but the thing is some weapons like energy sword and shotgun do take skill.

with energy sword it is possible to 1 hit people but you need to do it at the right distance. too far you waste time but too close and you take damage.

with shotgun it takes even more skill. the shotgun is pathetic unless close distance. and on legendary that is dangeros cus they can 1 hit you.

i think the easiest weapon to use would be any kind of rifle because its good long/short

...none of halo's weapons take very much skill, so why is everyone bitching? It's a great game, but don't try to argue that the weapons take so much skill to use. Very little recoil, no shaking scopes, no problem. Nobody should have trouble scoring kills in Halo. Ever.

ok the sword does take skill (shadowsins00) if your in a sword duel or in lone wolves, i would agree with most of this except i would swap the pistol with the laser
