MOSQUITO NRG TAKE OFF WITH CHOCK PROBLEM

A great flight at Kabala_Greece, above the strymona river and Touzla. the engine idle speed just 3 meters from the Ground. there were possibly air bubbles in fuel line. I warmed up the engine for 15 sec only before take off. location 40.47.2468N, 23.52.3410E. finally after my yesterday flight i realized that the chock had problem and i couldnt take off. the engine was loosing power and giving again while i was 3 meters from the ground. the reason was that the chock cord had left somewhere in my back from its position and the whole mechanism was stuck.
