Video taken on Saturday 19th December 2009 showing the ten and a quarter inch gauge miniature railway at Brooklands Pleasure Park in Worthing, West Sussex. Loco "Diddly Dum" pulls its carriages around the lake on the mile long route, with music piped through speakers in the carriages. Original stock once consisted of a Western class 52 loco called "Western Comet" and six "toastrack" style carriages all built by Severn Lamb LTD. This stock was delivered as new in 1967 in a blue livery although was later painted red in the mid 1970's. As one can probably tell, this railway now caters for the younger generation, although three of the original carriages are still in use today. The original Western, class 52, loco can now be found at the Royal Victoria Railway in Southampton.
