@bugsnbeetles Yeah, isn't it weird. I have a few months off and it's like they miss me. I've seriously been getting calls over the past few days where they get me on the line only to hang up.

I'm sure my number is becoming a dare... the number you hand off onto the new person at work to see if they're tough enough for the job.

@UncleRich64 thats because they assume those names to fit in with aussies.. they are also told we are the most stupid race on earth and are all constantly pissed.. there was an expose on an indian call centre recently.. showing how they use these certain tactics..

they actually get quite annoyed these days,, or start calling you darling or sweetie, there have been a huge amount of complaints about them recently... so, no not always polite at all.!
