  • ouch, hows your back doing? you better have someone look at your form dude.. chest up, keep the 4 natural curves of the spine (somewhat). Move you center of gravity back (so knees back)..

  • @nilslundgren23 tx Nils. Fortunately My back is good. I discovered after posting this vid that my center of gravity wasn't good. Knees go to far forward over the toes. Been working on 'sitting' more into the squat than leaning forward, also driving more with the hips. Posted the vid because I felt my technique wasn't great and needed improvement. Was squatting up to 127.5 kg, but wasnt happy with the form. Its taking time, but when I feel its sorted, will post another vid. Thx for the comment!
