  • @coleofishing They do get that big, animals don't grow to the size of their environment, that only happens over thousands of years.

  • they don't get thus big in captivity unless you give it a monster tank.  but i know people who keep the in 300 gallon aquariums and they do fine at around 2-3 feet long
