@THEBURNINGTIGERS even if you accept that not everyone who was shot had taken part in that, in fact two of the people shot werent even part of the protest..

A person has the right to shoot another person if that person is doing major damage to your property and won't stop.
Example:
If a person were to walk up to your house and pour gas on the front of it and then lights a match and is about to throw that match on the gas, then you have a right to defend your property with the use of deadly force.

@GeorgeVreelandHill No you idiot you would not have had the right to shoot to kill. The only reason you can legally kill someone is if you have reasons to believe they pose imminent danger to yourself or someone else.

A sad day, but the students burned a building, damaged property, rioted and more.
If they did that to my property, I would have had a legal right to shoot and kill.
And I would have done so.
Do not blame the National Guard.
Blame the students.
They started it all.

This is weird, I now know of 3 countries that gunned down students for protesting, MEXICO(October 2, 1968) , CHINA(June 4, 1989) and USA(May 4, 1970). Does anyone know any other and dates
