Epic game. One of capcom's ultra cool and rare titles and unfortunatly due to license issues will never see a release on a capcom classics collection or xbox live. Sure it had a saturn port, but only over in japan and even over there the copies are hard to find and expensive. Its just sad to see these games (especially Mystara), go into obscurity and at the same time be arguably the greatest arcade beat em up of all time.

A combo video for THIS game? Heh, you make D&D-SOM look like Super Robot Taisen OG Saga. Defeat the boss in a single combo, OR DIE!
Seriously though, Capcom needs to go back to the drawing board and make more team-em-up Arcade-style RPGs like this. Preferably for Wii, since they need to make up for the crap-fest that was Spyborgs. The DMC/GoW crowd would pass on this, but Wii gamers are looking for a current gen Double Dragon fix, and a D&D-SOM style game could be it.

honestly it's a good thing only two of these D&D games were made by Capcom. They suck ass. Sloppy fuckin controls and lame ass combo system compared to Aliens vs Predator by Capcom, which is 2 years older than this shit. Nothing against D&D but there has yet to be an actual good/great game with the D&D name on it. You find the hidden room items and they break on your ass within a few fights, and you get smacked too often cuz you're standing over some tiny shitty money piece on the ground.

The Elf can do the most damage with lightning bolt on the first boss only because she can start with earrings. However, on every other boss the magic user has superior damage and ease of doing criticals (because of lightning wand)

Yes that is the reason why. Ive been on Capcoms Forums talking to people inside capcom and they are telling that its because of license issues.

this game was set to easy mode, he wont be able to do things like that on normal mode let alone hard mode- so there. but those strategies are quite good though.
