My battle with Tony Conyers at the APF Raw Nationals at the Europa on 4/30/11 shown on XtremePowerTV. I recorded it off the TV onto my Webbie camera, so the quality isn't the best. It shows me squatting my 3rd attempt of 535, Tony's 3rd attempt of 507, me benching my 2nd attempt of 342, Tony's 2nd attempt of 363, my 3rd attempt of 353 and Tony's 3rd attempt of 375, my 1st attempt deadlift of 551, Tony's 1st attempt of 507, my 2nd attempt of 584, Tony's 2nd attempt of 584, my 3rd attempt miss of 623, and Tony's 3rd attempt miss of 617. Tony competed at 148 and I was at 165. He beat me by coefficient of 513.31 to 481.6. It was an honor to battle against the legendary Tony Conyers once again.
Nice lifting! Great inspiration for raw lifters.

I love to see " RAW " lifts brian , they epitomise what powerlifting is all about , although i have been using gear just lately and can see its appeal as i put 40kg / 88lb on my high box and it felt addictive to have 300kg / 660lb on your shoulders and being able to lift it quite easily . I want to be benching 172.5kg , squatting 240kg and deadlifting 250 kg by the end of the year RAW and think i can do it , i have stayed injury free and am feeling quietly confident , sean. CHEERS !
