@christophelambrechts liquid nitrogen and dry ice are pretty cheap, just find a stockist. I suggest looking in the yellow pages for gas suppliers and making a few calls. To buy liquid nitrogen you'll need a container they accept (here it's a metal flask of any description with a small hole in the lid)... Dry ice they give to you in a cardboard box.
I pay NZ$6.50 a kilo for dry ice and NZ$14 a litre for liquid nitrogen. It's cheap enough

@EddiesMum91 it evaporates too fast for a drop to travel more than a few inches. And a tiny drop aint gonna burn you - it'll be gas in about one second. ever had warts burned off? Much longer contact time.

Great idea using the Liquid Nitrogen. Just wondering why the operator didn't have goggles on. Looks like he may have got a splash. That stuff BURNS. Great video though.

Indeed super, but so expensive.

If you introduce your finger into a boiling Liquid Nitrogen (-170ºC) and remove it fast, noting will happens... Try do de same with hot oil or grease (+170ºC)...
You just does not have the habit to use it daily... Rgds

Question: Do you use goggles when frying?
Answer: Not!
Liquid Nitrogen is less agressive than hot oil or grease... You just does not have the habit to use it daily...
