▶ 요리 재료 : 두부 200g, 애호박 1/2개, 미나리 100g, 새송이버섯 100g, 느타리버섯 100g, 표고버섯 100g, 팽이버섯 100g, 당근 1/2개, 고추(청, 홍) 1개씩

▶ 야채 우린 물 : 다시마 10장(10cm), 표고버섯 5개, 무 1/2개

▶ 양념 : 간장 3ts, 고추가루 3ts, 채식조미료 약간, 소금 약간

  • When using chilli especially cut chilli for vegetarian, we have to remove chilli seeds because chilli seeds is bad for the stomach. Thanks....
