So you already knew what the kids were saying was incorrect and you put it on anyway? Interesting. Maybe you should lobby the city to change the laws if you think they are biased...instead of targeting those who are tasked with enforcing them. I found it pretty easy to Google "Kent City Codes"...and easily found the codes relating to camping in the city, trespassing, etc. Answered any questions I had. Police enforce. They don't make the laws.

The police have up to one year to charge Lucas with the crime. There is no law stating they have to arrest him immediately upon seeing him in the park. Maybe Carey should check the facts before allowing the "street lawyers" say these things on her videos....kinda hurts their credibility. And no, they don't have to have Lucas "sign" anything for him to be trespassed. Them telling him is enough.

And perhaps KentCaptainObvious shouldn't be so quick to assume what I obviously already know. Either way, we'll let DOJ and ACLU decide what's "credible". I'm sure you'll agree with their "Lawyers". The behavior of some officers hurts the Kent Police Dept's credibilty.
