Honestly, you could make a strong argument that Nothing's Shocking should have won this award. That's commonly seen as Jane's Addiction's best album.

Even though Jethro Tull is the best band by far, "Crest of a Knave" is an awful album, while :"...And Justice for All" isn't, BTW this song isn't from the album, but it's on normal speed.
