  • I can't find any adequate words--this is one of the most beautiful choruses I have ever heard--the kind that leaves me speechless and so very happy and grateful to be alive!

  • Solti, Paris version, in the beginning you're hearing Victor Braun and Helga Dernesch

  • @kandutery

The Conductor is Sir Georg Solti..!!! Perhaps the best historical recording after Toscanini...!!!

    Enjoy..!!!

  • @waldenponduk yeah i was looking for them too

  • You are righr frknGeraniaceae! Wrong post. This is Bryn Terfel. I don't know how I got it so wrong.

  • @aaddri It does not sound like Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau at all.

  • @aaddri Listening to this recording of D Fischer-Dieskau I "hear" Bryn Terfel! Bryn must have been listening a lot to Dietrich during his studying years.

  • Is this the Dresden version or the Paris version???? Gotta get an recording like this one!

  • @kandutery es Sir George Solti

  • @kandutery Es Sir George Solti
