The only thing living in the Constitution is the ability to create an amendment

Thank you for posting this, CBS.

@cwbweeks since the founding fathers of the constitution wanted the innocent to be executed. . . this guy is corrupt and all about the money.

@cwbweeks Anyone who truly wants to treat the Constitution with respect would understand that its most important attribute is that it is mutable and can be changed as society changes. Conservatives who treat it like a sacred religious text completely missing the point.

I disagree with probably everything Scalia says but I still like him.

I disagree with probably every single things Scalia says and thinks but I like him.

I'm liberal and I love this guy.

He's a good man. Sadly I don't think society today could produce another Scalia.

Honestly I think Scalia and Ginsberg have the right approach, they have completely different Judical philosophys and disagree with the majority of what the other thinks when it comes to the constitution and yet they are best friends. In Scalia's words, "I attack ideas I dont attack people" and "Some very good people have some very bad ideas"
He and Ginsberg seperate the two and never take it personally, now if only members of Congress and the executive could do the same thing

Oh please stop being so dramatic, you sound very ill informed
LOL, "corrupt judicial philosophy"... YOu know the historical revisionists are hard at work when a philosophy that treats the text and history of the Constitution with respect is portrayed as evil or illegitimate

Scalia is the most interesting of all the Justices. He is sincere, true, and compelling to me. I dont know why but he seems fascinating to me.
