You got the lips right, but the eyes need to be a little less round...it does look like her though :)

Be careful with the crease above the lips. The value needs to be far lighter there. Don't define it too much or it will look like a dent. Left side of the lips aren't out far enough. The edges of the lips need to be even with the eyes. Try to add more midtones in your hair and make the eye highlights brighter. Furthermore, you could add more value below the chin to remove the line. That will make your portrait appear less flat. Other than that, great work! Very impressive.
