The kettlebell is a cast iron weight looking somewhat like a cannonball with a handle. Kettlebell workouts are designed to increase core strength, endurance, agility and balance. Each workout challenges both the muscular and cardiovascular system with dynamic (as opposed to static), total-body movements.

Using a kettlebell works far more muscle groups than almost any other exercise, so you get a true all-over workout, and it improves your posture too. Because you are moving the weight around or swinging it, the whole body has to work hard to move and to stabilise it.

Tew I was at ur camp a year ago and I can tell you guys that the camp is pretty awesome except for one thing, they suck at training you there were a couple of things I didnt understand and they dont even tried to help me with so I can just recommend you to get a real life and dont waste your money with those dumbasses

@cabezadegato100 So who are you amongst the 10 students we trained at the camp last year? We only accepted a limited number of students per phase and a group has never exceeded 10. All students get private attention and they have trained with us for at least 2-3 months. I would have recognized YOU and we would be friends by now. You haven't been to our camp, so don't do this please.

@Bigrusssthefuss Have you ever verified that? First of all, our price, even for a full-year live-in program is not even close to $10,000. It's not even half of that. Second of all, we don't just offer the training. The program in Thailand is inclusive of a full time training (up to 8 hours a day and 5 days a week), a group accommodation, a basic staple foods. We are able to offer this, because the camp is located in Thailand, where the cost of living is rather low. This is the current offer.
