it's a good build, but there are a few things I would change. dont use SoI before wandering eye and clumsiness, as they are already for illusion magic. replace ether feast with shatter delusions so shrinking armor applies cracked armor. and get rid of energy tap for power drain or drain enchantment. they both recharge faster and give better net energy gain.
