@kaniwar2000 Today OEM have a lot of new ideas to manage and choice! They need a demonstration that show benefits of new solutions. .For this reason we will prepare a car equipped by Warko CVT to demonstrate it's performance!!

I don't get how the banana like gears are connected to the small gears since they move sideways....?

@AhmadAboulFarag Gears are connected to cones by the small shaft with ball joints shown before the cone, for a better description of working principle visit the website

95% with all those gears? all I see in that design is a lot of friction and a LOT of moving parts to break.
