No, the original ultimate version of the scorpion was a clone of peter parker during the ultimate universe's version of the clone saga. This issue's scorpion is a totally new one.

I dropped Moon Knight with issue #5 but I kind of want to catch up now. However, I don't know if you heard, but the series is ending with issue #12. So you see, I don't know if it's worth going back and picking up those 4 issues to just stick with the book for 3 more issues.
