My 1st Triathlon Transition Practice at Goblin Valley 2009

Yes, this is probably the best example of what NOT to do during your T1 transition! This is Troy and Paul practicing transitions before their first triathlon. We camped and "practiced" at Goblin Valley for two days before the race... then it was off to Page, AZ for the Lake Powell 2009 triathlon. It was a good thing we practiced a little before the race -- we did much better on race day :)
