Let me give some tips playing as CCI Ryo - Use his weak Hienshippukyaku to cover ground, then follow up with a weak Kohou afterwards or a Tenchi Haoh Ken for damage. I also recommend jumping in with a weak Air Kou'ou Ken when jumping then, which allows you to make follow-ups when you land. I also recommend using Ryo's standing knockdown attack (Y+B) as a poke and his knockdown attack in the air is pretty good as well.
