  • having it done isn't that bad. Like whenever you go to the doctor about pain in your knee the do like all the ligament test acl pcl mcl and so on just to be safe. it feels weird when they do it on you. It doesn't hurt. Just feels weird.

  • thats bad. you've torn your PCL (posterior cruciate ligament). go to an orthopedic specialist.

  • My knee does it to like in the vid, what does it mean if your knee pups like in the vid? I also had more than 20 times that my kneecap poped out.

  • It's good to see what a positive test looks like. I've only ever seen this test done in class on people with no injuries.
