I used to work horror conventions for YEARS and I have been around Tom Savini. I am amazed at how awesome he is, I have yet to see him charge for an autograph...... I have yet to run into anyone one else who didn't actually. It doesn't mean that they aren't out there, it just means that I haven't run into them.

@GlennBeckcares4u Yeah, but he was a REALLY big deal when it came to special effects in the 80s. Having him in your movie meant something.

@SlashManEXE That's not necessarily the reason he quit. He wanted to pursue acting and there's just better artists out there than him.
