@TheSweetestDreams To be frank, it should be 1st Wedding Anniversary. Because paper is used to mark the first year of marriage.
But sadly, the lyrics is conveying that the marriage is not working. No marriage is safe nowadays, it doesn't matter if the paper you sign your registry were made of, or your marriage lasted for many years, be it gold (50th), silver (25th) or paper (1st).
