In this video you will hear Scott Hammond from Autodesk introduce the new Conceptual Form Simulation Extension available for Revit Structure 2010.
Using the Conceptual Form Simulation extension, you can perform a simulation of static analysis of a 3D solid defined in Revit Structure. Scott will demonstrate how to perform simulation using this Extension by defining a solid in Revit, launching the Conceptual Form Simulation Extension and modifying material parameters or thickness values and then defining supports at the mesh nodes and defining the loads and then performing calculations.
