For anyone who remembers this band from back in the day. I was at this show, used to go see the effigies every chance i got. The thing i remember about this show (& watching that vid really backs me up) was the lack of urgency that the original effigies had. They did all the hits & some new stuff, but it was all plodding. You can talk about them being washed up but i thought that listening to For Ever Grounded. Maybe Earl's wife will let him join up again.
I actually remember the Effigies back in the day, I don't know bout the general, but the rest of you corksockers don't know what the fork you are talking about. 9elevenSummerKamp, YOU ARE GAYCORE!
wow, i remember the original effigies. i saw them the first time i ever went to a concert at club cod. that was 50+ odd years ago. now im a great-grandfather 8 times over. are these boys related to the original band members?
I ran into Chicagopunk the other day hanging out in front of The Alley, he had on a Black Leather jacket with Fallout Boy painted on the back, he had on Black eyeliner to go with his Pete Wentz haircut, He was excited that his Mom was buying him a new Casulties T Shirt!

Not bad for a gay republican punk bank. The singer is married to Bob Mould. How cool is that?
