why does everyone keep talkin trash about pontiac sunfires? nobody said they could beat a expensive high performance car, they dont cost much, they look cool and are fun to mod, they have decent power and great gas milage, whats the problem with them? and being a high school student, i have raced all my friends cars and beat them all with my gt, i really dont care if a supra could own me i only had to spend a few grand on the sunfire and its awesome.

a stock auto sunfire does a 16.3 a stock f-150 is the 16 17 range. son unless you some bolt ons such as  catback,higher gears and programer to tie it all together your not going to blow any body out of the water look up the 1/4 mile times

@hemicud4 well you can get any car in shit condition, i have a sunfire and its fine, i dont think its awesome or anything, but its a decent car to get around in, and you can get em cheap, and guaranteed whatever car you have, seems shitty to some other car out there, i wouldnt know for sure but im willing to bet that your cars a joke compared to my brothers skyline, hes a douche but that thing is reeeeeeefuckingtarded,

guess what.. i own a sunfire...i dont boast cause its not a car to boast about...but...when it comes to tuning and moding and otha shit..it doesnt matter weather its a lambo or a pento...it all whinds down to personal taste...

those sound like times you would get the twin cam that was related to Quad4 of the 80s. In 2003 The sunfire/cavi recieved all aluminum 4 banger called the ecotec. Form what i the test i have read a fulled load automatic sunfire runs 16.3 with a auto. Keep in mindi am aware of wear and tear and climate affect 1/4 mile times but under best conditions its 16.3 dont believe me look it up

@Ilovegirlfights2 A stock auto sunfire runs the 1/4 in 17s and 0-60 in high 10s stock. A manual sunfire runs 0-60 in 8s and the 1/4 mile in 16s. I think you have the two confused.
