@jjcross45116 there are nice low flows, Waterpik, Hansgrohe, Grohe, Kohler, Danze Victorian, speakman, and Moen are good low flows. However, they are expensive, but the price of buying the expensive low flow is worth it because the cost of the head is nothing compare to how much water you will be saving, and you can enjoy the shower too.

You're not supposed to change it with the water running. Shut if off first. Only turn it on a little bit for 2 seconds after removal to clean out the pipe, but only for 2 seconds. After 2 seconds, shut the water off again, and leave it off until the new one is on.
